During your Initial Consultation we discuss your aims and issues in detail and explain

how clinical hypnotherapy can work for you.  

You will learn exactly what is happening in your mind and body, and how we can use our understanding of the brain to create beneficial change

from day 1.

 

I'll provide you with my hypnotherapy relaxation track (which is an important part of the process) and we will arrange your next session for the following week.

We will see each other weekly at first - clients are usually very pleasantly surprised by just how quickly they start to notice improvements!
