I completed my Diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy with the renowned Clifton Practice in Bristol. I also hold the HPD (Hypnotherapy Practitioners Diploma), which is accredited by the NCFE.
Following my own life-changing experience with Hypnotherapy, I was inspired to help others experience the tremendous improvements in mental and physical wellbeing that Hypnotherapy had brought me.
I am absolutely passionate about personal growth and helping people make the best of themselves!

from day 1.
I'll provide you with my hypnotherapy relaxation track (which is an important part of the process) and we will arrange your next session for the following week.
We will see each other weekly at first - clients are usually very pleasantly surprised by just how quickly they start to notice improvements!
